Christmas Fruit Cake

Our 4 inch square Christmas Cake is decorated with dried fruits and nuts and is simply delicious!

Handmade in a traditional bakehouse based in Gloucestershire.

Ingredients: Raisins, sultanas, currants, salted butter, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), free range eggs, brown sugar, brandy, mixed peel, glace cherries, flaked almonds, ground almonds, walnuts, dried apricots, redcurrant jelly (glucose-fructose syrup, redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate, citric acid), raising agent (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), mixed spice, cinnamon, cloves, edible glitter.
