This dual sided microwaveable wheat bag has a soft fleece side that sits cosily against your skin and a printed cotton fabric on the other. Comforting, warming and relaxing, a natural way to soothe aches and pains.  Filled with cleaned English wheat and English lavender buds.

Simply place the whole wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at 500- 1000 watts or chill in the freezer for sprains and relief from hot flushes.
