Removable Window Sticker. To apply the static cling window sticker, the surface must be clean, smooth, and as close to room temperature as possible. Place the window cling against the window with the white backing facing towards you and the blue side facing out.  Peel the backing off the window cling and use a credit card, to smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles. You can easily remove the cling to clean windows and replace it when ready.
