Cheeseboard Chutney: Pears (pear, antioxidant: citric acid) (38%), Bramley Apple (apple, ascorbic acid: citric acid, salt) (24%), Cidar Vinegar, Raisins (raisins, vegetable oil, sunflower oil) (7%), Golden Granulated Sugar, Light Brown Suga (cane Molasses), Apricot (dried apricots, rice flour, preservative: sulphur dioxide (sulphites) (4%), Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Sea Salt.  

Sweet Onion Balsamic Confit: Onions (onions, sulphur dioxide (sulphites) (60%), Golden Granulated Sugar, Apple Juice (apple juice, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), Spiced Balsamic Vinegar (Balsamic Modena (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour: sulphite ammonia caramel E150d (sulphites)), Whole Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Ginger, Thyme, Chilli) (12%), Black Mustard Seeds, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Black Pepper.

Fig Relish: Figs (dried figs, rice flour) (49%), Light Brown Sugar (cane molasses), Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Allspice, Ground Pimento, Ground Ginger.
